Aro waiata 'Aroā' Top 20 Silver Scroll Finalist 2023
Congratulations to all the songwriters selected for the 2023 APRA Silver Scroll Award Top 20!
This years selection is incredibly strong as it is varied, and it’s great to see some Te Reo waiata selected, including the beautiful song ‘Aroā’ in the top 20, written by talented husband/wife duo Aro.
‘Aroā’, features Aro’s heartwarming and passionate sound, with their vocals melding together in unity to share a message of hope.
“Its release is dedicated, in particular, to those who lost so much through cyclone Gabrielle earlier this year and others who have suffered with the recent weather events in Aotearoa.”
