The stress of work getting you down? Crystal bowl artist and healer Annie Jameson has just released her soothing new single “Inner Peace," and it definitely lives up to its name! We hope that you too will feel a sense of inner peace as you listen to it.
The cover art features the labyrinth at Te Moata Retreat Centre in Tairua, a place that Annie describes as being close to her heart.
"The symbolism of the labyrinth represents to walk your life’s journey; a place of contemplation, celebration, ceremony, commitment and inspiration. A labyrinth only has one route to the centre unlike a maze that has multiple routes - a representation of the path of life. Walking a labyrinth is a meditative journey that calms the mind, reduces stress, and promotes inner clarity. The rhythmic path encourages reflection, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself, offering a sense of peace and renewal," Annie says. What a beautiful metaphor!
