Harry Parsons shines a light on mental health with 'Good Time'
New Zealand singer-songwriter Harry Parsons has just unveiled clever new video for his new single "Good Time", which shines a light on anxiety.
"Good Time" is based on Harry’s own experience of getting home from a party and having a panic attack.
The “Good Time” video follows Harry through his day after a night partying with friends. It speaks to how powerless you feel and how out of control everything in your life seems when anxiety takes hold and you sink further and further into your own head. It's a hope that the song speaks to others that may have had their own experiences with anxiety and to know that they're not alone.
The song’s sweet melody and languidness contrasts eerily well with the imagery of the video.
