Late Model European announce album release show
Late Model European are hitting the stage on July 26th at Anthology Lounge, Auckland, performing their debut album with a full 6-piece band, featuring producer Ben King (Goldenhorse/Grand Rapids) on bass and Matthias Jordan (Pluto/Night Choir), on synths.
Best described as pop-rock, Late Model European are a songwriting and music collaboration between John Nelson and Tones Thorburn; two life-long best friends who grew up together in a wee village back in Scotland.
Along with their hopes and dreams, a bunch of demos, and Producer, Ben King (Goldenhorse/Grand Rapids), they headed into Neil Finn’s Roundhead Studios and a debut album was born.
Joining LME on the night of the album release will be Show Me Where It Hurts, and LME piano man, Jacob O'Callaghan.
