DRIBBLING DARTS OF LOVE JOIN SONGBROKER
We are pleased to announce the arrival of Auckland nineties alt-pop band Dribbling Darts of Love.
Dribbling Darts of Love was an active NZ based band from 1989-1993.
The name of the group is a quote taken from William Shakespeare's play Measure for Measure stating 'Believe not that the dribbling dart of love...'
The band was formed by Matthew Bannister after the separation of his previous Dunedin Sound Group Sneaky Feelings. Other band members included Alice Bulmer, Ross Burge, Alan Gregg and Richard Foulkes Jr.
Dribbling Darts of Love had an NZ Top 40 hit in 1994 with the eccentric 'Hey Judith' from the album Present Perfect.
