Stretch to play Auckland shows

Napier based songsmith Stretch plays a bittersweet blend of country, soul, folk and rock’n’roll, from dark-hearted ballads to roof-raising choruses.

His debut album, ‘Bury All Horses’ had reviewers citing Ryan Adams, Springsteen and The Veils as sonic touchstones.

Stretch is set to play 2 Auckland shows this weekend - the first at Kumeu Arts Centre on Saturday the 14th and the second at the intimate Freida Margolis on Sunday the 15th.

Joining him for this show is talented cellist Paula Sugden, playing her 300-year-old French cello.
