Jas Josland and The Bollands Hit Europe
New Zealand folk-pop duo The Bollands and indie-rocker Jas Josland are joining forces for a two week tour of Germany and The Netherlands this month.
After sold out shows in Asia, The Bollands will perform 12 shows with Jas Josland before she heads over to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August.
“We are so excited because this is our first time in this part of the world,” says Bollands percussionist Joyce Bolland. “I think touring with Jas is going to make the shows really special because of how our musical styles meet.”
The Bollands' music has been described as ‘heartfelt, honest and foot-stompingly good.’ Jas will be trading the band for the Loop pedal for this tour - still bringing her gutsy guitar riffs and sweet as vibrato.
The tour commences in Groningen on July 13 and finishes in Ossenisse on July 29.
