Filthy Rich has aired on TVNZ channel TV2 over the past 10 weeks and in that time the public has been exposed to the songs of such talented songwriters as Abby Holden, Chess Countess, Black Rive Drive, The Dirty Sweets, These Automatic Changers, Swamp Thing, Andrew Thorne, Kevin Field, Madam Tsunami, Esther Stephens & The Means, Eden Iris and The Sound Room to name but a few.

For many of these artists it was the first time their music had been used and it gave them a feeling of validation and an impetus to continue writing quality songs.
