Alargo Live at CJC, Anthology Lounge, Auckland

Keyboard virtuoso Alan Brown and sound designer, multi-instrumentalist Kingsley Spargo are renowned electroacoustic duo Alargo.  Equipped with iPads, loopers, synths and a battery of acoustic instruments, they take you on a trip to the outer limits (no hallucinogenics required) allowing one to drift to unimagined landscapes hidden deep within the psyche.  The Auckland based pair have released two critically acclaimed albums Central Plateau and Primacy, and will preview material from their third album at CJC - Creative Jazz Club Aotearoa.

“We build soundscapes… and set them adrift.”
