BENJAMIN MORLEY UNVEILS ALDOUS HARDING COVER 'HORIZON'

Mice On Stilts' front man and guitarist Benjamin Morley has just released a beautiful rendition of Aldous Harding's sparse and haunting single 'Horizon'.

Has he told NZ music blog UnderTheRadar: 

"I remember when I was living in Mt Eden hearing this song for the first time. Struggling with addiction at the time, I just broke down while my friend held me. A bleak era, but this song has had a profound impact on me.

"I have the utmost respect for Aldous, her songs, her performances and her general attitude. The original version is unique, I haven't heard anything like it before. So, I wanted to re-imagine it in a more generic sense."

Ben recorded, produced and mastered the track and he plans to cover more female artists in the future culminating in a forthcoming E.P.
