The Avondale Spiders release 'Fire in my Veins'

Auckland based rockers The Avondale Spiders are back with a new single entitled ‘Fire in my Veins’ - a gritty, pounding, guitar driven track about a demonic superhero.

Avondale Spiders are a garage rock band based in Auckland and formed in 2019.

Featuring former Freak Power and Dirty Sweets vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Paul Edwards and ex Mary and Dirty Sweets guitarist Dee Dee Taylor, alongside Brandon Bott on bass guitar (ex His Masters Voice) and Shem Stiletto on drums.

Recent reviews described the band “like a blast of smoke and booze fuelled 70’s excess wrapped in a raspy vocal that echo’s Lemmy’s bourbon damaged rasp”.
