Michael Signal's 'Magnetism'

New Zealand guitarist & songwriter, Michael Signal has been honing his craft both live & in the studio since he was 14. Signal got his start in collage performing in punk & grunge bands before cutting his teeth on the local bar scene playing lead guitar for hard rock quartet 80proof.

In 2008, he founded the glam metal power trio Mistress, the group issued one album called Loveteaser in 2013 before disbanding.

In 2018, Signal released his debut solo EP, Direct Injection, which featured guitar work from Julian Angel (Beautiful Beast).

"Who U R", the single featuring Tommy Paris (Britny Fox) for his new metal project Signal, was released in 2020.

His new track "Magnetism" is out now on Bandcamp, the first from his upcoming solo instrumental guitar album.
