Songbroker welcomes Elizabeth de la Rey
Songbroker is very pleased to welcome the songs of Elizabeth de la Rey to the catalogue.
Elizabeth de la Rey is a New Zealand vocalist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and visual artist/painter.
Elizabeth's projects have always been based around her song writing, electric guitar, piano, and loop-pedals, with an ever-evolving style and setup.
Her live shows include solo unplugged performances, electronic duo dance festival slots and raw rock n' roll gigs. Elizabeth also toured with Fly My Pretties 'String Theory' in 2016/17.
Porcelaintoy, Elizabeth's first musical project began in 2010 with the album 'Collected Orphan Tracks'; a selection of unreleased studio sketches and live performance tracks.
In 2014 she started her solo project Ills Winter, releasing the 'Icings Lust' EP. Ills Winter has since taken a deep dive into new territory, with current live sets featuring psychedelic rock / experimental pop with a small sprinkling of metal.
Her latest project, Holy Crone is in the works for 2022 and features a fresh set of material of hauntingly beautiful electronic soundscapes, with elements of neo-psychedelia and feminine folk-rock.
