Emily Rice releases new EP 'Auaha'
Singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and member of folk duo Aro, Emily Rice has just released her third EP Ahaha.
Auaha moves through a variety of different styles, always integrating vocal looping, sprinkles of jazz and a touch of the saxophone. Her new sound is best described as chill DnB/RnB-pop.
With such warm, soulful and delicate singles such as ‘Over Time’, ‘Arise’, ‘Kanohi ki te kanohi’, and ‘Red and Blue’, this 6 song release establishes Rice as one of Aotearoa’s finest singer/songwriters.
