Songbroker Welcomes Joshua Dann

Songbroker is pleased to welcome Joshua Dann to the fold

Joshua Dann is a musician and composer based in Hamilton, New Zealand.

His journey started back at the age of 11 when he was inspired by someone playing the clarinet. The clarinet swiftly moved on to the saxophone, followed by the piano and the bass.

Josh was involved in a variety of musical settings throughout his high school years including jazz bands, concert bands and the church band. Over his late teens and early 20’s he began writing and producing his own music that has steadily progressed and developed.

His work spans a variety of genres including jazz / rock fusion, jazz and orchestral cinematic. His aim is to produce music that speaks to the listener, painting pictures and telling stories through his music.
