Neutrikk unveil E.P. 2
Talented Waiheke duo, Neutrikk return with the release of their 2nd E.P - out today 22nd November.
After their 1st release in late 2019, the Auckland duo went back to the drawing board and started demoing and experimenting in the studio. As the world was put on hold, this extended period of experimentation allowed them to evolve and approach things from a different angle, which resulted in the five tracks on E.P 2.
This collection of songs reflect personal conflicts & unexpected fortunes while revealing the montage of life’s twist’s & turns, all articulated by Nikki Ngatai’s vocals & Lee Catlin’s musical compositions.
The pair are also associated with other Auckland bands such as Solomon Cole Band, Aaron Carpenter & The Revelators & Oyawa. They were recently involved in a collaborative collective, saluting the fabled performers from the infamous ‘Fillmore East’ at the Sky city & Waiheke’s Jazz Festival.
