Songbroker Song of the Day: Glen Moffatt - 'Here Comes Friday'

Raised in the seaside Art Deco city of Napier, New Zealand, Moffatt began writing songs at the age of 10.

Moffatt burst onto the national music scene with his debut album Somewhere in New Zealand Tonight in 1995 and was named as a finalist in three categories at the 1996 NZ Music Awards – Best Country Album, Rising Star and Songwriter Of The Year.

‘Here Comes Friday’ is one of the many outstanding tracks from this classic NZ country music album.
