Kaela's doing fine with new single
Auckland based indie-pop artist Kaela, A.K.A Leah Navanua has just released her second official single to date - ‘I’m Doing Fine’.
Following the narrative of a young woman post-heartbreak, 'I'm Doing Fine' is an upbeat, sass-fuelled break up pop song. Combining her smooth, soulful vocals with the up-beat arrangement, ‘I’m Doing Fine’ is sure to hit home for listeners.
This single is for anyone struggling with the loss of love. It is saying openly that yes, I am ok. Things are going to be ok, but it still hurts. Sung in hindsight, ‘I’m Doing Fine’ takes this pain and turns it into a catchy, sassy pop track.
Co-written and produced by local talent Christo Karadjov, also known as ‘Christo’, ‘I’m Doing Fine’ was mastered by Chris Chetland from Kog Studios and is featuring now on NZ On Air’s September New Tracks playlist.
