Francisca Griffin to support Lonnie Holley

Following the release of his critically lauded third album MITHUS, soul experimentalist and visual artist Lonnie Holley is heading to Aotearoa this month. Playing a handful of shows around the country, Francisca Griffin has been selected to play support for the Dunedin show on June 18th at The Cook.

Francisca Griffin, previously known as Kathy Bull, was bassist, guitarist and vocalist for alternative rock/pop band Look Blue Go Purple from1983 to 1987. Look Blue Go Purple were a seminal NZ band known primarily for their hit single ‘Cactus Cat’ and recognised as part of the Dunedin Sound.
