Amy Bowie joins Songbroker
Songbroker welcomes Christchurch singer/songwriter Amy Bowie, an artist whose music spans a myriad of genres.
In 2016 Amy collaborated with a London based lyricist on a Musical Theatre charity album produced by Richard O’Brien (The Rocky Horror Show) featuring the work of a host of well-known musical theatre faces, including George Stiles and Caroline Quentin.
In 2012 Amy’s song ‘Other People’ featured as the theme song to the National TV Ad Campaign for KidsCan Charitable Trust.
She has performed in various large events and nationally televised concerts, including with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and in Coca-Cola in the Park (2011-12).
In 2005 Amy was a finalist in TV2 Songstar with ‘Stupid Nothing Song’, a bright pop track produced by Victoria Kelly and Joost Langeveld.
