Geoffrey Hern releases new single 'Song Train' (feat. Michael Sterling)

Country and Blues roots based musician Geoffrey Hern has just released a brand new heartfelt single this Boxing Day entitled ‘Song Train’.

Of the song Hern says:

“When I was 9 years old I used to catch the train down South to stay with my Dad, Mum and Dad were divorced. Dad was a Stock Car driver and Mum a Banjo player. I love them both but I've still got this hole in my heart about saying goodbye. Now when I take my boys to the bus or the train station I get that same old sad feeling and understand how my parents must have felt back then. One day when my boys drop off their children maybe they will be on the "Song Train" too.”
