MODERN CHAIR SIGNS TO SONGBROKER
We are thrilled to announce that Auckland rock duo Modern Chair have signed on with Songbroker.
Modern Chair is comprised of NZ music stalwarts Andrew Thorne and Wayne Bell who have played on the albums and in the touring bands of Tim Finn, Dave Dobbyn, Bic Runga & Gin Wigmore to name a few.
Describing their music as Ham-fisted riffs, dumb drums and dirty vocals, the duo hit the scene in early 2015 with their single 'Tokyo Compression' which received a regular airplay on Radio Hauraki.
Their latest single 'Can't Look Back' was funded by NZ on Air and is garnering interest from Kiwi stations Hauraki and The Rock at present.
