Megan Sidwell Band wins Coca Cola Battle of the Bands competition

Megan Sidwell and band won the grand final of the Coca Cola Battle of the Bands competition held at the Tamworth Town Hall last weekend.

After three days of heats the band made it to the final top three. Winning a cash prize of $1000 and coverage in some Australian publications the band also got to perform as part of the Tamworth Country Music Festival closing ceremony amongst Golden Guitar winners, with guaranteed shows at Tamworth Country Music Festival next year.
